Just a quick note to see if anyone is interested in office space in Soho?
If so, drop me a line as I know of a law firm looking to sublet premises at 3 Greek Street Soho. The property is situated on the east side of Greek Street, very close to the junction with Soho Square.
Either or both of the following are available:
1. the entire third floor and arranged to provide one office with private kitchen and WC. Currently two desks in there and x2 filing cabinets which they can leave for use. The space is 250 sf. £3k + VAT Per month for 18 months and possible extension thereafter.
2. the entire second floor which is currently arranged with 3 desks and one corner desk in a separate annexed part of the floor. There are 5 filing cabinets currently in there, along with desks and chairs. The space is 386 sf. £3k + VAT Per month for 18 months and possible extension thereafter.
